Score breakdown
HR matched chest strap on runs; sleep patchy, no SpO2
No screen, no vibration, no alerts
About 6-8 days measured
Good HR; phone GPS only, patchy auto-detect
Light steel pod, comfortable day and night
Each part is rated on one scale for every smartwatch and band, from reviewers' accuracy tests and measured battery life where they exist, what reviewers found, specs and owner reports. It rates the product itself, not how good it is for the price.
Pros
- Heart rate matched the chest strap closely on steady runs, trail runs and yoga (worn on the upper arm)
- Pod and strap feel well made and look tidy
- No subscription; ties into the mature Polar ecosystem
- Running heart rate was very close to a Garmin Forerunner 970 and a Garmin Elevate V5 sensor (no chest strap used)
- Comfortable enough to forget it is there
- No mandatory subscription
- Battery close to the 8-day claim
Cons
- Missed peaks in a gym session and read about 10 bpm low in an open-water swim
- Tester expects worse accuracy on the wrist than on the biceps; Polar doesn't include a sleeve
- Flow app reports data but coaches little; launch pairing/sync hiccups
- Auto workout detection can split or miss sessions
- Swapping straps is slow
- No vibration, no altimeter and no GPS, so serious runners lose out
- Auto exercise logging is patchy

the5krunnerSep 2025
A well-made, subscription-free band whose heart rate held up well against a Garmin HRM 600 chest strap; best bought as a partner to a Polar watch rather than as a full Whoop replacement.
-
TechRadarJan 2026
Good heart-rate tracker with about a week of battery, held back by thin features and dated software.
-
GizmodoNov 2025
A calm, comfortable band for people who want basic health tracking without a screen or a yearly fee; too light on data for serious training.
-
Business TodayMar 2026
Nicely designed and distraction-free, but uneven sleep tracking and a slow, fiddly app make Rs 19,999 hard to justify.
-
Does steps and sleep well as a quiet, fee-free band, but the app feels built for sports scientists rather than casual users.
