Each part is rated on one scale for every smartwatch and band, from reviewers' accuracy tests and measured battery life where they exist, what reviewers found, specs and owner reports. It rates the product itself, not how good it is for the price.

Pros

  • Distance closely matched two Garmin reference watches, even under flyovers
  • Colour offline maps at this price
  • Big bright screen
  • Battery lasts for weeks with light use
  • Useful Zepp Coach workout ideas
  • Sleep duration, heart rate and breathing rate agreed with Oura and Garmin
  • 7-10 days even with always-on display and daily GPS

Cons

  • Heart rate averages higher than a chest strap and spiky in intervals
  • Live pace about 10 seconds behind Garmin
  • Touchscreen awkward with sweaty fingers and no auto lock
  • Only two buttons
  • Busy Zepp app
  • Single-band GPS overstated distance against a dual-band watch
  • Chunky, plain design
  • The Run TestersApr 2026

GPS distance came very close to a Garmin Fenix 8 Pro and Forerunner 970, but average heart rate ran above a chest strap with spikes in intervals and live pace lagged; one of the best-value running watches they have tried.

  • Wareable2026

Against a dual-band watch the tracks wandered off paths and distance came out long; heart rate was in the right range and sleep matched an Oura Ring 4 and Garmin well. Buy it for battery and brightness, not looks or GPS precision.

  • T3May 2026

No reference-device test: heart rate looked steady in runs and gym work but drifted in hard intervals, and GPS routes sometimes strayed; a lot of watch for little money.
