Good
- Slimmer and lighter than Flip7
- Very bright inner and outer screens

- Smooth daily performance
- Thinner, lighter, smoother hinge
- More useful cover screen
Not so good
- Same camera hardware as Flip7

- Crease still visible
- Big slowdown under long heavy load
- Slow charging and only okay battery
- Power users may want more
- Charging takes about 1.5 hours

MySmartPrice91/100Aug 2026
A refinement rather than a reinvention: great for compact-phone fans and selfie video creators, but the price comes with compromises and Flip7 owners needn't upgrade.
-
91mobiles83/100Aug 2026
A polished flip that feels more complete, best for people moving up from an older flip phone.
-
Smartprix82/100Aug 2026
Samsung's most complete Flip yet; battery, charging, water protection and long gaming are still weak, so expect a midday top-up.
-
PhoneArenaAug 2026
Small but welcome refinements; much better gaming and a lighter body, but the price rose and the basics are unchanged.
