What reviewers say

Good

  • Small, pocketable and comfortable
  • Handy AI tools like Rambler and Magic Capture
  • Bigger main and telephoto sensors than before
  • About six hours of screen time
  • All-day battery with a faster charge mode
  • Magic Capture camera trick
  • 256GB base storage

Not so good

  • HiLight LED can't be set for other alerts
  • Slower than Snapdragon and MediaTek flagships
  • Slow 30W charging, charger sold separately
  • Base price went up
  • HiLight light of little use for now
  • 12GB base RAM may feel short
  • Value and performance rated only 3/5
  • 91mobiles84/100Aug 2026

Competent but not outstanding; battery, charging speed and raw power keep it from being a complete flagship.

  • TechRadarRecommendedSep 2026

Feels much like the Pixel 10 Pro with refinements; not a must for recent Pixel owners, but a good jump from older Pixels or an iPhone.

  • Tom's GuideNot recommendedAug 2026

A lazy update that even slips back in places; the Pixel 10 Pro may be the smarter buy.

  • PhoneArena74/100Aug 2026

Worth it for clean Android and a great camera, ideally with a deal or trade-in; gamers should look elsewhere.

What owners say

Owners like

    Common complaints

    • Some units stuck in shutdown or boot loops during setup or reset, sometimes with false overheating warnings
    • Audio drop-outs in videos recorded with Video Boost or 4K HDR
    • 120x zoom invents detail near maximum zoom
    • Some games such as Genshin Impact would not run
    • RCS and Android Auto glitches after switching phones
    • A few report mobile data, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth drop-outs

Google reportedly offered quick replacements to some owners hit by the shutdown loop (reports are global, not India-specific).
