Each part is rated on one scale for every smartwatch and band, from reviewers' accuracy tests and measured battery life where they exist, what reviewers found, specs and owner reports. It rates the product itself, not how good it is for the price.

Pros

  • Heart rate within about 3% of a Polar chest strap overall, exact at rest
  • GPS tracks matched a Garmin Venu 2 closely
  • Measured over 2,600 nits, easy to read in sun
  • About two weeks per charge in testing
  • Offline maps and navigation
  • Heart rate within one beat of a Huawei reference watch
  • GPS distance within about 1% on a test ride, quick lock

Cons

  • Read up to 10 bpm low at moderate effort
  • Screen flickers (PWM) which may bother some eyes
  • Few third-party apps
  • Some AI sleep insights need a paid subscription
  • No ECG or blood pressure
  • Voice assistant was unreliable
  • No LTE
  • NotebookcheckFeb 2026

Tough, long-lasting outdoor watch whose readings held up against a Polar chest strap and a Garmin; lacks ECG and has thin app support.

  • TechRadarFeb 2026

Excellent value outdoor watch with strong GPS and maps; heart rate matched a Huawei Watch Ultimate 2, but smart features trail the big brands.

  • 91mobiles

Good pick for outdoor and adventure users who want battery life and toughness; too bulky for desk users.

  • nextpit2025

Its strengths win out for rugged outdoor use; heart rate tracked close to a Wahoo chest strap and GPS was precise on a long bike tour.

  • T3Sep 2025

A better watch than the T-Rex 3 but not a leap; worth it for a reliable outdoor watch on a budget. No chest-strap comparison was done.

  • Tech AdvisorDec 2025

Makes a solid outdoor watch better and costs less than Apple or Samsung; sleep tracking was close to an Oura ring on most nights.
