What reviewers say

Good

  • Excellent 10x zoom, portraits and Master Mode
  • Great display, haptics and speakers
  • 10-11 h screen-on time; 100W wired and 50W wireless charging
  • IP66/68/69, IR blaster and ultrasonic fingerprint
  • Smooth, feature-rich ColorOS 16
  • Outstanding cameras in all lighting
  • Lasts longer than its closest rivals (1.5-2 days moderate use)

Not so good

  • Heavy, with a camera module that clashes with some accessories
  • 10x focus can be unreliable on moving subjects
  • Auto mode tends to overexpose a little
  • Warms up during long outdoor shooting in heat
  • 12 GB RAM feels mean at this price
  • No magnetic charging support
  • Update policy could be longer
  • Smartprix93/100Jun 2026

One of the most rounded phones the reviewer has used, with the cameras as the standout; weight and the huge camera bump are the main trade-offs.

  • 91mobiles87/100May 2026

A superb camera phone that is strong almost everywhere else and worth the money, though the update promise trails Samsung, Google and Vivo.

  • Digit79/100May 2026

One of 2026's best camera phones and a very complete flagship, though not flawless and the price is hard to justify unless photography is the priority.

  • Notebookcheck89/100May 2026

One of the year's best phones with a top-class camera, held back by heat and noticeable throttling under sustained load.

  • GSMArena94/100Apr 2026

Detailed review of the European unit; only the intro/spec pages could be read, which pitch it as possibly one of the best camera phones.

What owners say

Owners like

    Common complaints

    • Early owners saw white objects turn pink/magenta in video, often after changing zoom mid-recording, mainly on the main and ultrawide cameras; Oppo said it found the cause and promised an OTA fix
