For the starting version. Each part is measured the same way for every laptop (processor and graphics from benchmark results) and moves up or down with what reviewers praise or criticise.

Pros

  • Good price for an RTX 4060
  • Screen accurate out of the box with full sRGB and no flicker
  • Comfortable keys and big arrow keys
  • Simple to open and repair
  • Understated look that also suits work
  • Sturdy build
  • Number pad and comfortable keyboard

Cons

  • Plastic body twists a bit
  • Small battery
  • No Thunderbolt or USB4
  • Slower Wi-Fi than Intel-card rivals
  • Panel response too slow for fast shooters
  • Screen a little dim
  • Core i5 the slowest CPU in its group
  • NotebookcheckJul 2024

Tested 15IRX9 (i5-13450HX, RTX 4060 115W, 16GB): fairly priced Full HD gamer with a well-calibrated screen; the plastic body and slow panel are the compromises.

  • Business Insider India

Tested 15IRX9 (i7-14700HX, RTX 4060, 16GB/1TB, Rs 1,23,491): a sober-looking, well-cooled budget gamer that you will mostly keep plugged in.

  • PCWorldJan 2025

Tested 15ARP9 (Ryzen 5 7235HS, RTX 3050 6GB, 12GB/512GB): built better than most cheap gaming laptops but slow; stretch the budget if you can.
