For the starting version. Each part is measured the same way for every laptop (processor and graphics from benchmark results) and moves up or down with what reviewers praise or criticise.

Pros

  • Stays almost silent and cool under load
  • Battery lasts a working day of browsing (about 8 h) despite only 41 Wh
  • Light and easy to carry for a 15-inch laptop
  • Pleasant keyboard, with backlight on many versions
  • Memory can be upgraded (two slots), screen does not flicker (no PWM)

Cons

  • Washed-out colours on the screen
  • Body flexes: soft lid and wobbly keyboard deck
  • Only one SSD slot, and it runs at older PCIe 3.0 speed
  • LaptopMediaJan 2024

Tested with the optional Core i7-1355U (not an India version): a light, quiet machine for everyday and office work with good battery life for its small battery, but skip the weakest CPU and TN screen options.
