Android CentralMar 2024
Excellent at its core job of sleep and heart-health tracking - overnight resting heart rate and HRV were close to a Garmin watch - but exercise heart rate was far off (mid-180s vs 140 on one run), steps and VO2 max disagreed with Garmin, and SpO2 looked too high.

the5krunnerJun 2024
Best-value smart ring because there's no subscription, though Oura is slightly better overall; worn next to Oura and an Eight Sleep, sleep stages looked similar night to night but deep sleep could differ by an hour, HRV ran consistently higher than every other device, and sport heart rate was unreliable.
-
Croma Unboxed2024
A comfortable, wedding-band-like sleep tracker that caught night wake-ups well and lasted 5-6 days, but its beta workout mode missed weight sessions and it can't replace a smartwatch; sleep judged by feel, not a reference device.
