Each part is rated on one scale for every smartwatch and band, from reviewers' accuracy tests and measured battery life where they exist, what reviewers found, specs and owner reports. It rates the product itself, not how good it is for the price.

Pros

  • Tough titanium shell with a smooth, bump-free inside
  • Very detailed sleep breakdown in a tidy app
  • Sleep and heart rate roughly in line with a Garmin watch
  • Many sizes and finishes
  • Sleek all-titanium body that holds up
  • Sensor readings improved over the Ring 3
  • A full week between charges in testing

Cons

  • Rs 599 a month membership; without it you see almost nothing
  • Premium finishes cost about Rs 11,000 more for looks alone
  • Lasted 5-6 days, short of the 8-day claim
  • AI Advisor still half-baked
  • Subscription required
  • Step counts often hundreds off a smartwatch
  • No charging case
  • 91mobilesMar 2026

An India review: a comfortable, low-key titanium ring that is excellent for sleep and recovery and felt about as accurate as the reviewer's Garmin Epix 2 for sleep and heart rate (no chest-strap test), but the monthly fee on top of the price hurts.

  • Android CentralOct 2024

Still the best smart ring but with a smaller lead; sleep stages roughly matched a Pixel Watch 3 (slightly shorter on the ring), steps were hit or miss, and it lasted 7 days a charge.

  • Tom's GuideNov 2025

Editor's Choice and the best smart ring overall; sleep lined up almost perfectly with a two-week sleep diary, but steps were up to 1,000 a day off an Apple Watch Series 10; no chest-strap heart-rate test.

  • TechRadarOct 2024

Close to a perfect tracker for sleep and recovery; auto-detected runs gave figures similar to a Coros watch, but the battery ran about 5.5 days and value suffers from the subscription.

  • Live ScienceOct 2025

After four-plus months, the best sleep tracker the reviewer has used and the top smart ring, though long-term value is doubtful given the fee; no head-to-head accuracy test.

Reported by many owners

Common complaints

  • Battery problems in some production batches: rings drain fast and need charging daily; Oura confirmed it (SEC filing, Sept 2026) and replaces affected units free
