What owners say
Owners like
- Mostly positive store ratings (about 4.1/5) for a cheap 5G Samsung
Common complaints
- 4GB versions slow down over time: little free RAM, lag that returns after restarts
- Freezes and apps opening or closing on their own after recent updates (One UI 8 seen as heavy for 4GB)
- Mobile data dropping for 30-40 seconds on Jio 5G
- Reports of faster overnight battery drain after updates
Samsung community moderators suggest sending error reports via Samsung Members or visiting a service centre; no confirmed software fix.
