Cons

  • Dim TN screen with weak colours and narrow viewing angles
  • Memory is fixed at 8 GB
  • Budget SSD is slow
  • Not suited to editing or other heavy media work

  • 91mobilesAug 2024

Tested 82VG00EWIN (Ryzen 5 7520U, 8 GB, 512 GB): fine for basic Windows work under Rs 40,000 if you can live with a dull screen and 8 GB you can never upgrade.

  • LaptopMedia2023

Tested the global IdeaPad 1 15 (2023) with Ryzen 3 7320U: a cheap, light laptop with long battery life that saves money on build and upgrades.
