For the starting version. Each part is measured the same way for every laptop (processor and graphics from benchmark results) and moves up or down with what reviewers praise or criticise.

Pros

  • Metal body that is thin and only 1.24 kg
  • Wide colour range once the blue tint is corrected
  • 65W USB-C charger and backlit keys at this price
  • Very little preinstalled junk
  • About 7.5 hours of streaming
  • Solid, light aluminium body
  • Matte screen that copes with bright rooms

Cons

  • Screen is dim, cold-looking and blurs in motion
  • Hinge is hard to open, no privacy cover on the webcam
  • Weak, tinny speakers
  • Keyboard light switches itself off quickly
  • Thin support: no BIOS updates or driver page
  • Only a 720p webcam
  • Sound is loud but hollow
  • GSMArenaOct 2023

Tested Core i5-1235U, 512GB (Rs 37,990): a lot of metal laptop for little money and fine for school and office work, held back mainly by a dim, very blue-tinted screen.

  • DigitSep 2023

Tested Core i5-1235U, 16GB/512GB: among the best thin-and-light picks around Rs 40,000; buy the i5 16GB, not the 8GB i3, as memory can't be added later.
