For the starting version. Each part is measured the same way for every laptop (processor and graphics from benchmark results) and moves up or down with what reviewers praise or criticise.

Pros

  • Runs almost silently and stays cool
  • Fairly slim and light for a 15-inch machine
  • Easy to open, with replaceable battery, SSD and Wi-Fi card
  • Matte screen without reflections
  • Lots of hardware for the money
  • Big touchpad and full keyboard with number pad
  • Matte, glare-free screen

Cons

  • Body bends easily when picked up
  • Very slow with the entry chip
  • Poor TN screen with narrow viewing angles
  • Cannot charge over USB-C and ports top out at 5 Gbps
  • Memory soldered on
  • Dim screen with washed-out colours
  • Weak graphics, memory in single channel
  • NotebookcheckMay 2026

Tested with the weak Athlon Silver 7120U and a TN screen: fine only for email, documents and browsing, and Ryzen 5 versions are often better value.

  • ITC.uaApr 2024

Tested with Ryzen 3 7330U and 16GB: a sensible, cheap machine for students and office work, but not for photo/video editing or real gaming.
