What reviewers say

Good

  • Modern punch-hole look
  • Six Android upgrades
  • Victus+ glass front and back
  • microSD slot
  • Good battery endurance
  • Good selfie camera
  • Runs cool with no real throttling

Not so good

  • Peak brightness falls short
  • Single speaker
  • Slow 25W charging
  • Weaker ultrawide and lower IP rating than the A26
  • Too expensive at launch
  • Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 trails Snapdragon 7-class rivals
  • Demanding games need lower settings
  • GSMArena70/100Jul 2026

A perfectly competent mid-ranger with great update support, but at launch pricing the Galaxy A36/A37 are the better buys.

  • DigitRecommendedJul 2026

Not exciting, but one of the safest picks for buyers who want long updates, reliability and a polished experience.

  • Smartprix80/100Jul 2026

Worth it mainly for One UI fans who value Samsung's ecosystem and long support; gamers and camera or battery buyers should look elsewhere.

  • The Mobile Indian69/100Jul 2026

A real step up from the A26 in looks and software, but underpowered for its price with middling cameras.

  • Techlusive83/100Aug 2026

After a month, a steady, balanced phone that is easy to recommend for software and long-term use, not for fast charging, cameras or gaming.

  • CashifyRecommendedAug 2026

After three weeks, the reviewer's favourite recent A-series phone: balanced, good-looking and smooth.

  • Gadgets360 (NDTV Gadgets)70/100Sep 2026

Camera and battery make it hard to recommend at its price; a rival is more polished.

  • 91mobiles84/100Jul 2026

A capable mid-ranger whose strong display and six years of updates make it a sound long-term buy.
