Good

Owners praise IFB's value for money and build quality, per Amazon listing summary
Long 4-year machine and 10-year compressor warranty stands out in its class
Direct cool design is simple and economical to run

Not so good

Cooling performance and reliability get mixed feedback from owners
Direct cool models need manual defrosting, unlike frost-free rivals
Listing claims are marketing-heavy; the '30 hrs cooling retention' figure is not independe

Worth buying at ₹13,540 for a small family wanting a cheap 4-star single door with a long warranty, but check cooling performance in person and expect manual defrosting.
