Each part is rated on one scale for every earbud and headphone, from lab test measurements where they exist, what reviewers found, specs and owner reports. It rates the product itself, not how good it is for the price.

Pros

  • Ear hooks hold it in place during runs and treadmill sessions even when sweaty
  • Punchy bass with vocals that stay clear
  • Calls sounded natural indoors and on a metro ride
  • Light enough to wear for hours
  • Splash and sweat rating plus a good bundle of extras in the box

Cons

  • The medium tips fitted out of the box can hurt smaller ears
  • Plain rubber cable, no braiding
  • Best sound only up to about three-quarters volume
  • No voice-assistant button

A bought-with-own-money test that found it a good cheap workout pair: hooks keep it in while running, the bass thumps and calls come through clearly. Score shown is for audio only.
