Each part is measured the same way for every model (from specs and lab test measurements where they exist) and moves up or down with what reviewers praise or criticise.

Pros

  • Over 8 h measured with ANC on
  • ANC cuts outside noise by about 20 dB
  • Fast Pair on Android and Apple features on iPhone
  • Small, light case
  • Very clear calls
  • Secure in hard workouts and comfy for hours
  • Cuts much gym noise; good transparency

Cons

  • Bass-heavy, and bass fades if the seal slips
  • Mic lets in lots of background noise
  • Pressing buttons can push buds loose
  • No EQ, no wireless charging
  • Bright, thin-mid sound with sharp 's' sounds
  • Quieter results from AirPods Pro 2
  • No wireless charging or rich app
  • SoundGuysMay 2025

Capable, understated buds for people who don't want AirPods Pro; good battery and works well on both phone platforms.

  • TechRadarJun 2023

Stylish, comfy, long-lasting buds with solid features, but crisp-leaning sound, decent-not-great ANC and price hold them back.

  • What Hi-Fi?Jul 2023

Neat, feature-rich and comfortable, but sound falls short of rivals at the price (sound rated 3/5).

  • Android AuthorityMay 2023

Very good buds for both Android and iPhone, though not a great value and ANC is modest.
